Data-driven approach
Data on each program objectives are tracked in each session and reviewed by the supervisors to assess the trend of the behaviors and effectiveness of the treatment plan.
Each data point specifies teaching procedures and prompt strategies.
Modifications are made based on treatment priorities or the needs of the child and family.
Continued modification to the treatment plans will be made to maximise the child’s progress.
Based on the collected data, therapy teams will then meet bi-weekly to discuss the trend and the progress.

A comprehensive I.E.P. meetings with the supervision and families, which include discussion of the collected data and overall future objectives, which is held bi-annually.
